Q: Do you accept walk-ins?

A: We want anyone and everyone to get their hair styled by us! However, we do book up quickly and often times walk-in appointments are not available. If possible, give us a ring beforehand and we will get you squared away with a scheduled appointment to ensure you get the right look at the right time.

Q: What counts as a haircut?

A: If all the hairs on your head are being “trimmed” then you, my friend, are getting a haircut.

Q: Can you accommodate large groups for event stylings/weddings?

A: Absolutely we can! Are you kidding us right now? We love people and we love helping ‘em look good for big events and weddings even more. Simply collect the details on what you’d like from us, shoot us over a ‘lil email, and we will get it set up for you easy breezy.

Q: Can I bring my child in for a service or simply to hang out with me while I get my hair done?

A: We LOVE children… some of us even have a few! However, for safety reasons, children under the age of 8 will no longer be permitted in the salon for any reason, including services. Even the best behaved children are subject to elements of danger in the salon environment (sharp scissors, hot irons, hair chemicals, etc.) Additionally, our guests look forward to their salon experience as personal time, away from children. We ask that you please respect this policy, and please accept our appreciation for your understanding.

Q: Do you offer clean hair products free of parabens, sulfates, and toxins?

A: All of our products are sulfate/ paraben free and are not tested on animals or rainbows or your dreams. We stand behind the products we sell because they go above and beyond for your locks without destroying your conscience or your white blood cell count. BOOOM!

Q: Do you offer free services to those cutting their hair off for Locks of Love?

A: While we absolutely support and encourage anyone looking to donate their hair to charity, we do not offer free services to those folks looking to do so. We also recommend that guys and gals looking to chop their hair look into “Wigs for Kids” as a preferred hair charity option.

Q: If I just want a “trim” how much will it be compared to a regular haircut?

A: If all the hairs on your head are being “trimmed” than you, my friend, are getting a haircut. A trim and a haircut are the same thing when you break it down. It may not seem like it but it takes just as much time and effort to snip off 6 inches as it does 1/2 inch. We do offer complimentary bang trims and clean-ups for men and women between haircuts. This includes the hair around the neckline, ears, and the fringe in yo face.

Q: Do you guys get down?

A: We do get down and we prefer to get down as often as adulthood allows. Please join us if you like to get down too. There’s nothing better than getting down as a group.
