BOULDER HAIR SALON – POLICIES

 

24 hour cancellation policy:

We provide a confirmation call, text, or email 48 hours previous to your appointment time. If for some reason life gets in the way, and you are not able to make your appointment, then we do require you to give us a call 24 hours in advance. We have a very busy salon, so last minute cancellations or no shows really effect our stylists. They are only here for a certain amount of hours each day, so a 1 to2 hour gap really impacts their earning potential. We reserve the right to charge 100% of the service fee for repeat offenders.

Late policy:

Please don’t be late. It is hard enough to stay on a schedule while performing life transforming services! One late client can throw the whole day out of whack, however we will always do our best to accommodate our clients in every way.

Deposit policy:

All appointments longer than 3 hours in duration will be subject to a 50% estimate deposit which is due at the time of booking. Same day cancellations and no-shows will forfeit this deposit. We thank you for your understanding.

Child policy:

We LOVE children… some of us even have a few! However, for safety reasons, children under the age of 8 will no longer be permitted in the salon for any reason, including services. Even the best behaved children are subject to elements of danger in the salon environment (sharp scissors, hot irons, hair chemicals, etc.) Additionally, our guests look forward to their salon experience as personal time, away from children. We ask that you please respect this policy, and accept our appreciation for your understanding.

Fun policy:

We require all of our clients to have a fun and exciting experience when visiting Voodoo Hair Lounge! We pledge to do everything in our power to make this happen. If you have any special requests, just let us know. If you need food, drink, or for us to pull street performers in off the Pearl st. Mall for your entertainment, just say the word! Inspired conversation, psychotherapy, and comedy is provided with every service.

Satisfaction: (I can’t get no?)

Voodoo Hair Lounge stands behind our work 100%. We do not claim to be magicians or mind readers (publicly), so if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the service you received, we will make it right! Just let us know with in a reasonable amount of time (a week) after your service, and we will promptly get you back on the schedule for any tweaks that need to be performed. We know that we have an incredible team (confident not arrogant), so any fix (beyond giving you magic hair growing pills) is doable. Please don’t hesitate to ask, we really mean it!
