TraveL Pricing
All travel weddings require a minimum of four people being styled. A $200 holiday fee will apply to weddings scheduled on nationally recognized holidays (example: New Year’s Eve or Valentine’s Day). A $150 Sunday fee will apply to weddings scheduled on a Sunday as this is not a regular business day. All special days are subject to stylist availability.
A charge of $150 will be added for each stylist needed to travel to your specified site.
A mileage fee only applies for locations over 20 miles from the salon location (2100 Pearl St. Boulder, CO 80302) to the location where services will be rendered.
0-20 miles: Free
20+ miles: $3.00 per mile

COST EXAMPLE 1
A bride and her two bridesmaids all need styling for a wedding in Estes Park and they need to be ready by 1:00. According to Google Maps it is 36.4 mi from Voodoo Hair Lounge one way, and the wedding party is relatively small so one stylist will be enough to style three girls by 1:00.

- • 2 blow outs for bridesmaids $150 ($75 per blow out)
- • Standard travel fee for 1st 20mi $150
- • Additional miles at $3 per mile at 16.4 $49.20
- • Grand Total without gratuity = $1149.20
- • Coordination fee = $114.92
- • Gratuity = $172.38
- • Grand Total = $1436.42
COST EXAMPLE 2
A bride, her maid of honor, four other bridesmaids, and two mothers-of-the-bride and groom are all getting styled for the wedding. The wedding is being held in Breckenridge which is 92.3 miles away according to Google Maps. With the number of girls that need styling two stylists will need to travel to get the party done in time for the 4:00 ceremony.
